How to Order
We have made shopping at ecomart® easy. Start by selecting your home Country. Browse through the products in ecomart®, then, make your selection by clicking the Add To Cart button. You will be taken to our online Shopping Cart. You can add or remove products throughout the shopping process. To complete your order, select the 'checkout' button and follow the steps. We will then require your shipping and payment details.
Purchases must be made with Visa or MasterCard. Prices are quoted in both US and Canadian currency. Local, state, provincial taxes will be assessed on the purchase price of the products, in accordance with the relevant Government Tax authorities and regulations.
Our website is secured with the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your order and payment details are encrypted to ensure that the information cannot be read when in transit.
ecomart® has no minimum order restrictions, although minimum shipping and handling charges may apply.
Shipping & Handling
Please take care when entering your delivery details online. It is your obligation to enter the correct address at the time of ordering. Orders may be delayed or not processed if information is illegible or incomplete, or insufficient payment provided. ecomart® is not responsible for any delays caused, nor responsible for notification of the said delay.
Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to cover the additional cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address later. You may want to consider having parcels delivered to your work address for ease of collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform ecomart® if an order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Orders received Monday through Friday are currently processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
ecomart® ships all orders Ground Service via the carrier under contract with our fulfillment center, unless expedited or alternative service (overnight, 3 day delivery, etc.,) is requested at the time of ordering. Expedited services will incur additional handling fees and shipping charges. You should receive your ecomart® purchase within 1 to 10 business days from the time you made your order.
Should there be a concern that the order is lost, you should wait a minimum of seven (7) business days before requesting assistance or replacement. Package tracking information is available through the ecomart® site. Account Log-in is required.
The Company will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Product Availability
If for any reason a product cannot be shipped within the 1 to 10 business day timeframe, from date of order, we will inform you by telephone and get the order to you as soon as possible thereafter.
If any products are temporarily out of stock, you will receive notification of the back-order at the time of placing the order or on the Invoice.
Back-ordered products are always filled first and will be shipped at no additional charge.
Returns, Exchanges and Faulty goods
In the event of a shipment arriving damaged in transit, you should follow the following procedures
(i) Accept the delivery.
(ii) Document the number and description of damaged items on the delivery receipt.
(iii) Save the damaged products or boxes for inspection by the shipping agent,
(iv) Contact us using the Contact Form on this site and inform us of the damage. We will file a claim with our carrier.
If the damage is not immediately apparent and the carrier has left before the damage is discovered, follow the same steps as described in the above procedure. We will ship the replacement products upon receipt of the claim number from the carrier.
As ecomart® does not ship damaged products, we do not accept product returns. Should a situation arise that warrants products to be returned for any reason, you must first contact Customer Care utilizing the Contact Form on this site and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If any product(s) are returned without an RMA number, the product(s) will be refused and the Customer will incur all costs involved.
If you return goods, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
- Unused, unopened and in original resalable condition
- Undamaged (apart from where damage in initial transit is reason for return)
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
In the event of a return by you or your recipient due to change of mind, we will exchange or refund in the form of EcoDollars which can be used for future purchases. However, you will pay the shipping and handling fee of the return to ecomart® and re-delivery to you. We will not refund the initial shipping and handling charges and other fees.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is then the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily refund the original product price, shipping and handling fee and other fees via the original method of payment once we receive the return. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) at our cost, once we receive the returned item.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the shipping and handling fee of returning the item to ecomart® .
EcoDollars from ecomart®
Please ensure all EcoDollar vouchers are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem an EcoDollar voucher to offset that cost.
All EcoDollars are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.
Customer is responsible for paying shipping and handling charges when using EcoDollars to purchase merchandise whether whole or in part.

Terms of Purchase®
All products remain the property of ecomart® until they have been paid for by you. Delivery of requested items will be made when payment has been received in full. ecomart® does not have any liability to you, the purchaser, arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All guarantees and warranties are provided by manufacturers and are applicable only when stated on products.
