As soon as your order is shipped you will receive notification of same together with a tracking number and a link to the chosen carrier, eg; UPS, Fed Ex, etc.
After you have submitted your information, we’ll send you an eMail with a link for activating your account. If you don’t receive an eMail from us right away, check your spam folder. If this is our first eMail to you, our response might have landed in there. Or you can contact us here:

In the sidebar, right above the “Shop Category” section, you will find the “Login” area. Enter your eMail address as your User ID. Enter your password Click “Login” and
it will open a page with your Account Details.
Here you can make any changes you wish.
When you are done, click “Update Account Details”.
Click any other menu item etc to be redirected elsewhere in the site.
EcoDollars can be redeemed as payment toward items purchased and can be used for full value of the merchandise. However ecoDollars can not be used to cover shipping and handling charges. Those must be paid for according to the area of currency selected.
